FAQ - BECOMING A NEW CUSTOMER
Can I view your catalogs online? At this time only customers can be issued a login to the website to view our catalogs. If you would like to become a customer please go to the "Forms" section of the website and fill out the "New Account Form. If you have misplaced your login information, please contact your Sales Representative or email firstname.lastname@example.org. A reminder will be emailed to you.
If I run an Internet-only business can I become a customer? Unfortunately, we cannot open an account for you at this time. Due to our exclusive agreements with the Leagues and CLC, we can only sell to "brick and mortar" retail stores located in the United States.
I submitted my "New Account Form" and have not heard from anyone? It can take up to 5 business days to hear from a sales representative. If you have not heard from anyone in 5 days please contact the sales manager in your area (e-mail address provided after you submit New Account Form). If you have trouble reaching them please call customer service at (510) 748-4248.
What happens after I submit the "New Account Form"? The form is forwarded to the Sales Manager in your region. If the process was successful you should receive an e-mail. The Sales Manager will then send your application to a Sales Representative in your area. You should be contacted within 5 business days. Your Sales Representative will then provide a WCN Credit Application for you which must be completed and return-faxed in order to begin the account setup process.
